Bright, high resolution, F2.0 FUJINON 4x optical manual barrel zoom lens  The newly developed manual barrel zoom lens utilizes FUJINON high precision optical technology. With superb F2.0-2.8 brightness and a 4x optical zoom ranging from 28mm wide angle to 112mm telephoto, the lens not only delivers high resolution optical performance across the entire range, but is also a triumph of engineering due to its compact size.

All-glass 9-group/11-element configuration and super EBC for superb image quality with amazing clarity  Each and every one of the elements in the lens configuration is made entirely from glass with its superior optical characteristics. The engineering of the 3 aspherical lenses and 2 ED lenses has been designed to maintain the X10's compact size body, yet ensures high quality images are delivered by the bright F2.0 lens. In addition, a multi-layer Super EBC (Electron Beam Coating)* has been applied to the lens, this process guarantees a reduction ghosting and lens flare, promising clear image quality even under severe shooting conditions.

*EBC is a process applied to FUJINON lenses, FUJIFILM's optical division has great experiences in the manufacture of pro-grade lenses.

Newly developed OIS mechanism for high resolution output from edge to edge  By flexing all 5 lens elements, the new OIS is able to ensure high resolution image capture right through to the edges of the picture. In addition, it minimizes chromatic aberrations and prevents reduction of light quantity in the corners and along the edges of photos.

7-blade aperture diaphragm for a beautiful soft focus "bokeh" effect  The X10 adopts a 7-blade aperture diaphragm that produces an ideal near-circular "bokeh" effect - especially suited to shooting portraits using the telephoto zoom for a fantastic soft-focus effect.

Large bright viewfinder to ensure you capture exactly what you see  Featuring a wider than normal viewing angle (20°) ensuring you see more of the picture that you're taking, and 85% coverage meaning you see scenes through the viewfinder just as nature intended.

Bright, high precision optical viewfinder  With its 3 aspherical lenses and 2 high-performance glass prisms, the optical viewfinder has been specially configured to guarantee superior brightness and a much wider viewing angle.

The high-precision viewfinder magnification perfectly synchs with the zoom lens  The viewfinder incorporates a 4x zoom lens mechanism, so even when you're zooming in on your subject, the view through the glass lens and prism elements is as bright and clear as if you were to see it with your naked eye.

2/3-inch EXR CMOS sensor  The 12MP 2/3-inch EXR CMOS sensor features FUJIFILM's bespoke EXR pixel array and a larger pixel size to produce improved image quality with enhanced sensitivity and minimal noise.
