I have already bought 3 of these in the last year. Nikon does not honor the warranty, and they are obviously designed to last maybe two hours if you are careful. The housing around the wiring comes loose near the connection to the camera and the bare broken wires hang out of the edge of the plastic. Mostly because it pokes out too far from the camera and the connection is weak. I am getting ready to buy my 4th, but looking for some other option. (Posted on 10/10/10)
